Thank you for choosing Ceylone Supreme. We are committed to delivering authentic Ceylon cinnamon safely and efficiently to customers worldwide.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays in Sri Lanka. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Domestic orders within Sri Lanka

  • International orders to selected countries

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sri Lanka: 1–4 business days

  • International (Standard): 7–14 business days

  • International (Express): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Ceylone Supreme is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Import duties or taxes

  • Additional clearance fees

Customers are advised to check their local customs regulations before placing an order.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged goods)

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged package and product

  • Include your order number in all communications

We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.
